Working with the Inner Critic
£7.00
Description
In this meditation we will work with the part of us that gives us a hard time – the inner critic!
The inner critic is very often formed by internalising the voices, standards and interpretations of others – our parents, grandparents, siblings, friends and colleagues. Unknowingly, we may take on these external voices and turn them in on ourselves, giving ourselves a hard time unnecessarily, and thus inhibiting our happiness and success in life.
In this meditation we will distinguish between useful criticisms, through which we can learn and evolve, and old and no longer useful information that has been holding us back. We will make friends with our inner critic and change it into a resource rather than a hindrance.
