Ending Self-Sabotage

Description
Many of us have experienced the following when it comes to achieving our goals: we put in a lot of time and effort, and we come close to achieving what we want to achieve. But at the last moment, something seems to go wrong. We don’t quite get the job we wanted, or the pay increase. We were in a happy relationship, but then it ended for reasons we may not even understand. We live an “almost” life, almost succeeding, but in the end, we just seem to “fail the test” life is setting for us, falling perhaps at the last hurdle each time.
We often do not achieve what we wish to in life because of an internal conflict. There can be a large part of us that wants to succeed, but another part that fears success. There can be a part, for example, that wants a higher paid job, but another part that doesn’t think we actually deserve it. Or there may be a part that wants to get well from an illness, but another – usually subconscious – part that doesn’t, because it believes the illness will help to keep it safe, for example.
This meditation helps us to discover the part of us that seems to be sabotaging things for us. We learn to work with it and negotiate with it in such a way that all parts of us align to help us to achieve our goals.
